Join us for a delightful autumn celebration during Garland's Fall Fest & Garland Guzzler 0.5K Run in Downtown Garland on Saturday, September 20 from 5 to 10 p.m.!

This festive event offers a perfect blend of fun, food, and entertainment for all ages. Experience the colors and flavors of fall with various activities that capture the season's essence.

Festival highlights include FREE Live Entertainment, a Kid's Zone, a pumpkin patch photo op, and festive food.


Guzzler Run 0.5K

Get Ready, former athletes and couch enthusiasts!

Lace-up those running or walking shoes and join us for our annual Garland Guzzler 0.5K – a physically undemanding but mentally strenuous race. Head to Downtown Garland Square to cheer on participants, then stick around for the post-race fun, featuring fall-themed activities, games, and delicious food and craft brews. Don't forget to dress up – costumes are encouraged!

Complimentary lager from Intrinsic Smokehouse & Brewery for registered runners, while supplies last. Must be 21+.

Fall Crawl: A Craft Beer Tasting Trail

Stroll around your favorite Downtown Garland businesses while sampling craft beers and collecting unique pins from each stop!

Fall Crawl: A Craft Beer Tasting Trail is a new addition to warm up for Garland Guzzler, happening from 2 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20!

Start the crawl at the Visitor Center, where you'll get an event cup, lanyard, and destination punch card. Then visit each stop along the trail for craft beer samples and a unique collectible enamel pin to add to your lanyard.

Participation is just $20 and includes access to 11 samples, an event cup, a lanyard, and up to 13 unique collectible pins.

His 2024 debut EP Feelin’ Fine traces a sonic journal from a sun-drenched season out West filled with love, loss, and unraveling truths. Now, with a band of Austin’s finest behind him, he’s set to release The Trail in fall 2025.


Garland Harvest Hop

Heading to Garland's Fall Fest & Guzzler 0.5K Run? Make a day of it with the Garland Harvest Hop Scavenger Hunt in Downtown Garland!

From Sept. 17 to Nov. 1, you can stroll through Downtown Garland and explore ten festive pumpkin displays, each placed within walking distance of each other and hiding a surprise item to find.

Pick up a brochure at the Garland Visitor Center for the display map and scavenger list. Snap a picture at each pumpkin display and return to the Visitor Center to collect your prize! 🎃



Game Zone

Test your skills and have some fun in the Game Zone, featuring a variety of interactive games and challenges for all ages!

Ninja Nation Obstacle Course

Test your skills on Ninja Nation’s action-packed obstacle course! Climb, jump, and balance your way through three exciting sections, tackle challenging ground obstacles, and see if you can make it up the warped wall.

Using Public Transportation?



The Downtown Garland Station is served by the Northeast segment of the DART Rail Blue Line. Downtown Garland Station patrons can set their watches by the huge clock tower in a setting where details suggest an old-fashioned train depot, with easy access to Garland's major civic centers and Performing Arts Center, linked by a crosswalk to the Garland Central Transit Center.
