Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the City of Garland's Juneteenth Celebration. This community event will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. in Downtown Garland. The celebration will feature music, entertainment, food trucks, and a children's area.

JUNETEENTH CELEBRATION
Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 5 to 9 p.m.

Participating vendors receive:
  • 10' x 10' display space includes canopy, table, and 2 chairs
  • Prominent visibility on Downtown Garland's Square
  • Comprehensive event marketing
Vendor requirements:
  • $100 vendor site fee made payable to the City of Garland. *Vendors who provide a non-profit certificate will be exempt from the $100 fee.*
  • All vendors must be able to have their booth set up no later than 4:00 p.m. Vendors may begin loading in at 12:00 p.m. and cannot load out until after 9:00 p.m.
  • Agree to Terms and Conditions

Space is limited to 20 vendors. Submitting an application does not guarantee a booth space.

Selection Process:

Priority will be given to nonprofit organizations.

Booths will be selected based on:

  • Vendor Type
  • Products/Services Offered
  • Overall Value or Purpose
  • Whether the Booth is Family-Oriented
Please Note: This application is NOT for food vendors. Food vendor spots have been filled.

Important Dates:
  • March 23 – Application opens
  • May 11 – Application deadline
  • May 22 – Notification of Selection
  • June 1 – Site fee must be received
  • June 20 – Load-in available from 12:00 – 3:00 p.m. Vehicles must be off-site by 3:00 p.m.
  • June 20 – Festival opens at 5:00 p.m.
The Juneteenth Vendor Booth Committee will confirm your selection as a vendor by May 22. Once you have received notification of selection, the vendor fee of $100 paid to the City of Garland, must be received by June 1, 2026 to confirm participation.
