Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi,
Zac Harmon was exposed to a lot of blues music growing up and eventually became the embodiment of the music that emanated from the city's historic Farish Street district.
Today, Harmon is an award-winning guitarist, singer, and songwriter whose distinctive style continues the lineage of American Blues music.
Harmon recently received the award for "Soul Blues Album of the Year" for his latest recording "Long As I Got My Guitar" at the 43rd Annual Blues Music Awards.
