We're thrilled to welcome you to our Downtown Grand Opening, and guess what? We've got your parking needs covered!

Here's your parking game plan:

Easy Option: Catch a shuttle from Williams Stadium. Shuttles will be running on a continuous loop from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., ensuring you can get to and from the Downtown Garland Square hassle-free.

Option 2: If you prefer to drive yourself, there are plenty of available parking spaces in the areas numbered in yellow on the map below. We've made it convenient for you to park and join in on the festivities!

ADA Parking: For our friends who require ADA parking, we've designated spaces at the Senior Center, located at 608 W. Avenue A. Your comfort and accessibility are important to us!

Road Closures for Grand Opening Event

Friday, October 13

To ensure the smooth flow of activities and keep everyone safe, please take note of the following road closures leading up to and during the Grand Opening event:

6 AM - 11 AM

6th St. Closure: Starting at 6 AM, 6th St. will be closed off between Avenue A and Austin. However, the intersection of Main and State Streets will remain open for your convenience.

Parking Restrictions: Please note that parking spots along State and Main streets will be blocked during this time. Alternative parking options will be available on the opposite side of the street to accommodate merchant business needs.

11 AM - 9 PM

5th St. Closure: At 11 AM, 5th St. will be temporarily closed between State and Main, allowing the intersection of State and Main to remain open to traffic.

9 PM Onward

Full Closure: Starting at 9 PM, soft barricades will go up to restrict access to certain streets within the event footprint. This marks the beginning of the complete closure of the event area, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.
